💼 Duties: General household management and maintenance, primarily detailed cleaning, organization and tidiness, laundry and garment care, and excellent ironing skills. She will also need to prepare basic and simple family meals, with no requirement for sophisticated cooking knowledge. The family has another person who mainly handles childcare, so childcare will not be the primary function of this position. However, it will be necessary to have good rapport with the children and availability for occasional babysitting in the evenings when the family needs it.
✅ Requirements: Solid and demonstrable experience as a live-in domestic worker, with excellent standards of cleaning, laundry, ironing, and organization. Basic home cooking knowledge is sufficient. The ideal candidate is experienced, hardworking, autonomous, organized, responsible, discreet, and absolutely trustworthy, capable of managing her responsibilities without constant supervision. It is especially important to the family to find someone with a team mentality, positive attitude, and natural ability to integrate into the household dynamic. They are accustomed to maintaining long-term working relationships with their staff and are again seeking someone who values stability, wants to feel part of the family team, and has a genuine intention to stay long-term. She must speak Spanish, English, or French. Good references and European Union nationality required.
💰 Salary: From €1,800 per month in 12 installments, depending on experience and profile. The family provides the candidate with an independent apartment located approximately 15 minutes from the family home, where she can live and enjoy her personal space and free time with complete independence. In the future there is a possibility that this apartment may be sold; in that case, the candidate would move to the family residence, where she would have an equally private and dedicated area for herself, guaranteeing her comfort and privacy.
