🕒 Days and hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This schedule will be maintained on public holidays, which will be compensated accordingly. Availability required to stay overnight approximately 2 or 3 nights per month as needed. In principle, travel with the family on weekends will not be necessary, although occasionally they may need the candidate to accompany them on some weekends or during certain vacation periods. These trips and additional needs will be compensated as extras

💼 Duties: The main responsibility will be caring for a 1-year-old child who is in a particularly active developmental stage. The nanny must be fully attentive to him throughout the working day, accompanying him in his feeding, hygiene, sleep, outings, play and activities routines. She must actively encourage his development and motor skills through age-appropriate games and stimuli, accompanying him during the crawling stage, his first steps and different phases of his evolution. The family is looking for someone who truly interacts with the child, plays with him, gives him quality attention and is involved in his development. The position will be complemented with household chores related to the daily functioning of the home, always organized according to the child's needs and routines, which will be the priority of the position
✅ Requirements: Demonstrable experience and genuine passion for caring for babies and young children. Experience with children of approximately 1 year old is especially important, along with understanding the needs specific to this age group. The candidate should have high energy levels, good physical fitness and the ability to keep up with the child's pace throughout the working day, including carrying him when necessary. Fluent Spanish is essential and swimming ability is required. English language skills will be valued. Flexibility to occasionally accompany the family on some weekends or vacation periods is positively valued. They are looking for someone who is very responsible, active, affectionate, patient, positive, attentive and absolutely trustworthy, with initiative and genuinely involved in the child's wellbeing, care and development. Good references and valid work permit required.
💰 Salary: €1,069 per month over 12 payments. Travel, weekends and other extraordinary needs will be compensated additionally when applicable. The family is considering the possibility of reviewing the salary at a later date based on experience with the candidate, her performance and the evolution of the working relationship.
