Active offers are the ones published on the site. When a position is filled we take it down or mark it as closed.

We will normally need your identity document or passport, a valid work permit where required, your CV if you have one, your work references and an active phone number with WhatsApp.

Yes. A valid work permit is essential for most of our offers.

If an offer accepts a different administrative situation, we will say so explicitly.

Yes. Most of our families look for people with demonstrable experience in domestic service, childcare or care for older people.

If your profile matches the offer, we will interview you to get to know you better and verify your experience. Then, if the family is interested, we will arrange an interview between the two of you.

It depends on the process. If an offer matches your profile and the family is looking to hire quickly, we may contact you very soon. If we have no suitable vacancy at that moment, we will keep your profile for future opportunities.

We receive a large volume of applications every day. Although we review every profile, we prioritise the most urgent offers and those with fewer available candidates.

Other offers may already have a high number of applications that meet the requirements, so the process can take longer.

So that we can attend to every candidate as quickly as possible, we handle the whole process over WhatsApp. If your profile matches an offer, we will get in touch with you.

Once you have passed our selection process, we can present your profile to the families whose offers suit you. Each family makes its own choice among the profiles presented and, if they choose yours, we arrange an interview so you can meet each other.

It is a chance for both sides to get to know each other, clear up any questions and see whether they get along.

Take care with your appearance, be punctual, and answer questions about your experience, availability and the terms of the position honestly and clearly.

If the interview is online, join from a quiet, tidy place with no noise or interruptions, check beforehand that your internet connection is good and that the camera and sound work properly. Find somewhere well lit and dress as you would for an in-person interview.

Remember that the interview is your chance to make a good first impression. Punctuality, presentation, attitude and how you communicate can matter as much as your professional experience.

Yes. Our service is completely free for candidates. We never charge you to register, to take part in selection processes or to get a job.

Candidates pay no commission either if they are hired: the agency is funded solely by the employing families.
