Provided by you: phone number and country prefix (job applications); phone number and message content (WhatsApp contact).
Collected automatically: anonymized IP address, pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, browser and device type, referral source (via Google Analytics 4, only with your consent); language preference (stored in your browser via localStorage).

Providing your phone number is a contractual requirement necessary to process your job application. Without it, we cannot process your candidacy.
4. Recipients
Potential employers: your data may be shared with the family or employer offering the position, solely to evaluate your candidacy.
Service providers: we use third-party providers for hosting, data storage, analytics (Google Analytics, with consent), and communication (WhatsApp). Data processing agreements per Art. 28 GDPR are in place with each provider. Where providers are outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards apply (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses). Full list available upon request at privacidad@maidsespana.es.
Public authorities: when required by law.
5. International Transfers
Some providers are located outside the EEA, primarily in the USA. Transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR and LOPDGDD you have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7.3) at any time without affecting prior lawfulness.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, regular security reviews, and data minimization.
9. Automated Decisions
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling (Art. 22 GDPR). All application decisions involve human review.
