Terms of use of the Maids & Co jobs portal

This portal is run by MAIDSCO S.L. (Maids & Co — Agencia de Empleos para el Hogar), tax ID B88922885, Calle Marqués del Riscal, 2, 3º int., 28010 Madrid, Spain. It is your space to look for household work with us: create your profile, see job offers, apply and follow your applications. Our service is completely free for you: we will never ask you for any payment. We help you find work, but we cannot guarantee you a job: the decision to hire always belongs to each family.

You sign in with your mobile number and a code we send you by WhatsApp. The account is personal: do not share the code with anyone. To use the portal you must be of legal working age in Spain. By creating your account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

Please make sure the information in your profile, your CV and your documents is true and is yours. You can correct it at any time from your account or by writing to us. If we see false information or someone else's, we may pause your application while we clear it up.

When you apply for an offer, our team reviews your profile. To answer you sooner we use automatic tools that sort applications and check each offer's requirements. If your profile fits, we interview you and, if a family wants to meet you, we arrange an interview with them.

Some interviews, not all, are recorded — usually the ones we hold by video call — and our team may review them later. We do it to look after the quality of the process, prepare your profile and train our team. Only our team sees the recordings: we never show them to families. The details are in the privacy policy.

Please be respectful with families and with our team. For your safety, do not share phone numbers, addresses or other contact details in the chat or in interviews, and do not accept payments or arrangements outside the agency. If someone suggests it, tell us.

They remain yours. You allow us to use them for your application: to prepare your profile and show it to families who may be interested. You can ask us to remove them at any time.

We will write to you by WhatsApp and, if you give us your email, by email too, about your applications, interviews and offers that fit you. If you would rather we stopped, tell us.

You can close your account and ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected]Copy with the subject "Data protection".

We do our best to keep the portal working well and the offers real and up to date. We are not responsible for arrangements made outside the agency.

If we change these terms, we will tell you in the portal. If you keep using your account after the notice, you accept them.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that apply under the law.
