💼 Duties: The family seeks an experienced couple of domestic workers who can work as a team and take responsibility for the daily running of the household. One person will focus primarily on childcare and household chores, including care and supervision of the three children, support with their daily routines, meals, school preparation and activities, as well as cleaning, household organization, laundry, ironing and general domestic duties. The other person will be mainly responsible for driving the family and children when necessary, running errands, shopping and other practical tasks, as well as caring for the garden, pool and general outdoor areas of the property. They must also have good general maintenance skills, be able to perform minor repairs and coordinate external professionals or suppliers when necessary. Both members of the couple must be willing to support each other and work together on whatever is needed in the house, rather than following completely separate roles.
✅ Requirements: Previous experience working as a live-in couple in private households is highly valued. The family seeks two responsible, hardworking, discreet, positive, proactive and completely reliable people who are accustomed to working together and can manage their responsibilities with autonomy and initiative. Solid household cleaning skills and experience with children are important, as well as the ability to maintain a well-organized home. The person responsible for outdoor tasks and driving must have a valid driving licence, extensive driving experience and practical knowledge of garden, pool and general property maintenance. Spanish or English is fine. It is essential that both candidates have citizenship of Spain or another European Union country. The family seeks a stable couple who integrates naturally into their home, facilitates their daily life and ideally remains with them long-term. Excellent and verifiable references are required
💰 Salary: Between €2,000 and €3,000 per month in 12 annual payments, depending on experience and profile. (Between €4,000 and €6,000 for the couple in 12 annual payments).
