💼 Duties: Versatile position combining household management with care for the three children. During mornings while the children are at school, the candidate will be responsible for household chores in the villa, including cleaning, tidying and organizing, laundry and care of clothes, ironing and family cooking. In the afternoons, work will be mainly focused on the children. The mother usually accompanies some of them to their various activities, so the candidate must stay with those who remain at home, play with them, help with homework and actively participate in their routines. The family especially wants a person who spends quality time with the children, talks with them, proposes games and activities and contributes to their development, avoiding constant reliance on screens, phones or television.
✅ Requirements: Previous experience as a live-in domestic worker and excellent rapport with children of similar ages. It is important to be proficient with cleaning, ironing, laundry and family cooking. Knowledge of Filipino or Nepali cuisine will be highly valued. English is required. On a personal level, they are looking for a cheerful, communicative, affectionate, active and approachable girl who genuinely enjoys children and has the initiative to play and interact with them. They are not looking for an overly shy or distant profile, but rather someone positive who brings a good atmosphere to the home, communicates naturally and actively participates in daily family life. For the family it is especially important to find a person who works as a team with them, makes their lives easier and integrates naturally into the home. At the same time, they want the candidate to feel comfortable, valued and able to build a relationship of trust and stability with them. They are looking for someone with genuine intention to stay and would like the person to work with the family for many years.
💰 Salary: €1,550 per month in 12 payments.
