🕒 Days and hours: Live-in regime Monday to Friday + Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. The standard working week will be 40 hours. Additionally, the candidate must have availability for up to 2 public holidays or weekends per month in case the family needs her to work on an occasional basis. Sufficient notice will be given so she can plan accordingly. This does not mean she will necessarily work those days every month, only that she should have flexibility in case of need. Any work carried out on those public holidays or weekends will be paid separately

💼 Duties: General household management, including cleaning, tidying and organisation, laundry and clothing care, excellent ironing and family cooking. The child is at school until approximately 16:00, so during the day the candidate can focus mainly on household chores. After school pick-up, her priority will be the child, taking care of his routines, play, activities and daily needs. The family is looking for someone who does not simply supervise him, but genuinely enjoys spending time with him, plays, interacts, participates in his education and development, and builds a close and stable relationship. She must also have availability to accompany the family on some trips and holidays, with additional hours being paid separately as appropriate
✅ Requirements: Solid experience as a live-in domestic worker and in childcare for young children. English fluency is essential. A basic level of Spanish will be valued, although it is not essential. A high standard of cleaning, laundry, ironing and cooking is required, with knowledge of Filipino cuisine being especially valued. They are looking for a responsible, caring, hardworking, positive, discreet, organised person of absolute trust, who has genuine affinity with children and enjoys their company. It is especially important to the family to find someone seeking long-term stability. They have previously had staff members for many years and want to build another lasting relationship based on trust, respect and good communication. They want the candidate to integrate into the family dynamic, work as a team with them, and at the same time feel comfortable, respected and happy working in the house, as they believe that a good relationship and positive environment directly impact the wellbeing of the whole family. Availability to travel with the family when necessary and to work occasionally up to 2 public holidays or weekends per month when the family requires it
💰 Salary: €1,424.50 gross per month paid over 12 months. Additional hours, as well as any extraordinary work during holidays, public holidays or weekends, will be paid separately as agreed with the family. The candidate will have an independent space within the property with its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, allowing her to maintain privacy and independence during her rest hours.
