💼 Duties: General household management and care for a 1-year-old child. The child currently attends nursery from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, so during the morning the candidate will be primarily responsible for cleaning, tidying and organizing the home, laundry care, ironing and family cooking. From when the child leaves nursery onwards, the work will be especially focused on him, handling his meals, hygiene, outings, play, routines and daily needs. The family is looking for the candidate to spend genuine quality time with the child, avoiding screen time and phone use during childcare and engaging in age-appropriate games and activities that promote his motor development, independence and learning. Availability is also required to accompany the family during part of their summer holidays, with additional remuneration for these periods.
✅ Requirements: Demonstrable experience in both domestic service and care of babies and young children, with genuine affinity with children and genuine enjoyment of spending time with them being especially important. The family is seeking a caring, patient, active, positive, responsible and completely trustworthy person who engages in the child's development and takes initiative to play, take walks and do activities with him. At the same time, they must be competent with cleaning, ironing, laundry and cooking and be capable of managing their household responsibilities autonomously. Spanish or English speaker. For the family, it is especially important to find someone who integrates naturally into their dynamic, works as part of their team and helps make their daily life easier. They are seeking a stable, long-term relationship and want the person working with them to feel comfortable, valued and at ease in the family. Flexibility is required for one day of evening babysitting per week, including occasional overnight stays, and availability to travel with the family during summer holidays. Good references and valid work permit required.
💰 Salary: €1,300 net per month over 14 payments, plus additional remuneration for family trips.
