👫 Household members: Two adults. One of the household members is 71 years old and has special needs (disability), requiring companionship and supervision in their daily life.
🐕 Pets: One small dog. The employee will not be responsible for its care.
🕒 Days and hours: Live-in regime on alternating weeks. Will work one full week, entering Monday at 10:00 and leaving the following Monday at 10:00. The following week will be completely free, alternating successively one week of work and one week of rest.

💼 Duties: The primary responsibility will be companionship and care of a 71-year-old man with disability. He is a calm, affectionate person with a very sweet and pleasant temperament who needs support and supervision in certain daily activities. The candidate must accompany him, serve him meals, go for walks with him, help him with showering and hygiene, and monitor his routines and overall well-being. During work weeks, she must sleep in the same room as him, in a separate bed. It is a very spacious room and this arrangement allows supervision during the night and reassurance if he wakes up or needs assistance. The position also includes managing a large household with minimal tasks, mainly cleaning, tidying, and preparation of simple home-cooked meals. Ironing is not required. During summer vacations, availability will be required to travel with the family to Benidorm, paid as extra compensation.
✅ Requirements: Experience and especially strong aptitude for companionship of people requiring supervision and support in their daily life. We are looking for a person who is especially affectionate, patient, calm, attentive and empathetic, with genuine ease in connecting with him and treating him with respect, affection and sensitivity. Being responsible and absolutely trustworthy is essential, as it is very important for his sister to feel at ease knowing that during work weeks he is perfectly cared for and accompanied. Must also be a positive person, pleasant to live with, collaborative and capable of working as part of the family team. Must be competent with cleaning a large household and know how to prepare basic home-cooked meals. It is essential to feel comfortable with the indicated nighttime rest arrangements and have availability to travel with the family during summer vacations. We are looking for a patient person with stability and clear thinking to stay with them for a long time, as the adult becomes attached to those who care for him and suffers when they change. 💰 Salary: €1,700 per month in 12 payments.
