🕒 Days and hours: Live-in arrangement with flexibility according to season and property occupancy. During approximately 4 months of high season, when the villa has greater activity and receives guests, one day off per week will be provided. Between guest stays, the owner usually facilitates additional rest days whenever operations permit. During low season activity at this property decreases considerably and the couple will be responsible for its supervision and maintenance, as well as working and providing support at other properties the family owns in Mallorca. If the couple has their own home on the island, during certain periods of low season they may agree to work during the day and occasionally sleep at their own residence, although this will not be a daily or permanent arrangement.

💼 Duties: Comprehensive management of a renovated private villa primarily used for vacation rental, ensuring the property is always impeccably maintained, organized, presented and prepared to receive guests. One person will be primarily responsible for the interior of the home, including detailed cleaning, order and organization, laundry, excellent ironing, bedroom preparation and local home cooking. Cooking will be especially important during guest stays and they are looking for someone capable of preparing homemade, traditional dishes with local inspiration, without needing professional chef training, seeking to share with guests part of Mallorca's gastronomy and culture (The feeling the owners want guests to have is one of closeness, "With the affection a grandmother might give when receiving her grandchildren at home"). The other person will primarily assume general and practical property maintenance, minor repairs and DIY tasks, incident resolution and supervision of facilities such as air conditioning, underfloor heating, solar panels and swimming pool. They will also collaborate with the gardener on garden maintenance, run errands, driving and logistical support, and coordinate external suppliers and professionals when necessary. They must also be competent in table service, bedroom preparation and bed turndown at night. Both will work together on guest reception and care, villa preparation before each arrival, organization during stays and property review after each departure. During low season, in addition to supervising and maintaining this villa, they will work and provide support at other family properties in Mallorca.
✅ Requirements: Verifiable previous experience working as a married couple in private villas, private homes, vacation properties or high-standard residences, ideally with experience attending to guests. They are looking for a couple accustomed to working in a coordinated and autonomous manner, who genuinely enjoy caring for a property and offering close and professional service. One person must have excellent skills in cleaning, organization, laundry, ironing and home cooking, along with a positive, welcoming personality and orientation toward guest care. The other must be a practical and resourceful person, a "handyman", with experience in general property maintenance, minor repairs, DIY work, pool, outdoor areas and supplier coordination. It is essential that both are discreet, responsible, proactive, flexible and absolutely trustworthy, with initiative and ability to anticipate both guest needs and the needs of the different properties. For the family it is especially important to offer close and authentic hospitality, making guests feel cared for and well received and able to enjoy the gastronomy, customs and welcoming character of Mallorca. A valid driver's license is essential for at least one of the two. It will be especially valued if one has a good level of English to communicate with international guests. The family is looking for a stable and very long-term relationship and currently has other couples working at their properties for many years. Valid work permit required.
💰 Salary: €1,500 per month for each couple member in 14 payments per year + €250 additional for each week the property is occupied by guests, mainly during approximately 4 months of high season. Additionally, the couple will receive tips from guests, which are usually generous. The family provides accommodation, meals and a car for travel.
