📍 Location: Approximately 25 minutes from Zurich, Switzerland, in a small town.

🕒 Days and hours: Live-in regime Monday to Saturday (Saturday leaving at 12pm). Flexibility required according to the family's needs and routines. The person may stay in the house or sleep there only on their days off.
📅 Start date: As soon as the right person is found.
💼 Duties: Comprehensive household management, taking charge of all domestic duties necessary for the proper functioning of the house: cleaning, tidying and organization, laundry, clothing care, ironing and family cooking. Must also pick up the 6 and 4-year-old children from school and care for them in the afternoons until the mother arrives, approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on the day. During that time will be responsible for their supervision, companionship, play and daily routines. The family seeks a person who understands that their role is to contribute to the general wellbeing of the entire family, facilitating their daily life and creating a caring, organized and pleasant environment.
✅ Requirements: Experience as a live-in domestic worker and experience with children of similar ages. Good level of cleaning, organization, laundry, ironing and family cooking. It is especially important to be an affectionate, patient person with genuine empathy for children, who enjoys their company and relates to them naturally and affectionately. The family seeks a responsible, organized, proactive, autonomous and trustworthy person, but also someone who truly wants stability and considers this type of work as a long-term project. They want to find a person who integrates naturally, works as a team with the parents and feels comfortable, respected and valued within the family. They seek to build a relationship based on trust, communication and mutual respect, with someone who has a genuine intention to stay for many years and who finds satisfaction in contributing through their work to the wellbeing and peace of mind of the entire family. Spanish or English are essential. Good references required. Driving licence is highly valued. EU citizenship is mandatory.
💰 Salary: From €2,000/month net base in 12 monthly payments per year + Performance and annual retention bonus. Depending on experience and skills, the family will consider a higher base salary. The final bonus amount will be determined based on performance during each year, and will be paid on each annual anniversary if the professional remains and continues working with the family.
