💼 Duties: Comprehensive management of a high-level household, ensuring the home runs impeccably on a daily basis. She must master all areas of domestic service, including detailed cleaning, organization and tidiness, laundry, excellent ironing, garment and textile care, wardrobe organization and good-level family cooking. She will work jointly with two live-out employees, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, so a fundamental part of her role will be coordinating with them, correctly organizing tasks and ensuring continuity between different shifts. A professional is sought who can have a global vision of the household, anticipate the owners' needs, detect what needs to be done before being told and ensure that every detail is properly attended to. She should be able to organize meals, shopping, supplies and regular household needs, as well as prepare the home for guests, lunches, dinners or other social commitments. Based on her experience, she may progressively assume domestic staff coordination functions, helping to establish routines, procedures and work standards. Experience in protocol, table service, household presentation, garment care and other aspects of high-level domestic service will be especially valued. She may be able to train and guide other staff in these areas.
✅ Requirements: An extraordinarily solid and professional profile is sought, with extensive experience in high-level private households, ideally in positions of maximum trust and responsibility and in homes with multiple employees. It is essential to master cleaning, laundry, ironing, garment care, organization and cooking, as well as having the ability to understand and manage the overall functioning of a household. Experience in protocol, table service and domestic staff coordination or training will be especially valued. She must be an extremely organized, observant, resourceful and proactive person, capable of detecting needs and solving problems independently without waiting for constant instructions. At the same time, she must have the intelligence to work as part of a team, coordinate with the two live-out employees and ensure the service runs smoothly and efficiently without creating unnecessary tensions. Personal attitude is fundamental: they are looking for a positive, discreet, polite, calm, hardworking and personable individual who creates a good atmosphere and contributes to both the family and other staff feeling comfortable. The goal is to incorporate an absolutely trustworthy professional who truly facilitates the owners' life, takes care of every household detail and becomes a stable and essential figure for the proper functioning of the home. Excellent references and valid work permit required.
💰 Salary: From €1,800 per month in 12 payments, with flexibility upwards depending on experience and quality of the profile. The family is willing to adjust the salary to market expectations to incorporate an excellent professional who meets the requirements of the position.
