💼 Duties: Premium domestic service in a household with multiple staff members. During your shift you will work primarily alongside the live-in housekeeper, coordinating with her to handle detailed cleaning, organization, household upkeep and proper maintenance of the home. The kitchen will be an important part of the role, preparing meals and assisting with everything necessary to ensure lunch is properly organized and served. Although ironing will not be a regular function during the morning shift, correct ironing skills are essential to assume this task when needed. The candidate must understand how to operate a high-level service household, anticipate the employers' needs and work naturally in coordination with the rest of the staff. Currently another live-out domestic worker also works the afternoon shift.
✅ Requirements: Solid and demonstrable experience in domestic service, preferably in private residences with high service standards and multiple staff members. Excellent cleaning standards, good cooking skills and correct ironing technique are essential. Experience in household protocol, table service and high-level residential service will be particularly valued; if you lack these skills, you must show interest, attitude and capacity to learn them. They seek an experienced professional who is discreet, well-mannered, organized, observant and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and understand the importance of detail. Teamwork is fundamental—ability to take direction, coordinate properly with other staff and contribute to a positive and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is hardworking, positive, easy to work with and trustworthy, understanding the level of professionalism, discretion and service quality required in this type of household. Good references and valid work permit required.
💰 Salary: Starting from €1,600 per month paid in 12 installments, with flexibility upwards based on experience and profile quality. The family seeks a truly competent candidate and is willing to adjust salary to market expectations for an excellent professional who meets the position requirements.
