🕒 Days and hours: Approximately 40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Friday off; Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
📅 Start date: As soon as possible, although the family prefers to wait to find a candidate who truly fits their needs
💼 Duties: Position focused primarily on becoming a stable support for the family's daily functioning. The household already has a housekeeper working mornings, mainly handling cleaning and laundry, so this position will not focus on deep cleaning. You will assist with daily tidiness and household maintenance and coordinate properly with the other employee. You will have significant responsibility in the kitchen, preparing and organizing family meals and dinners. You will also provide occasional support to the father, who currently has reduced mobility. A fundamental part of the position will be accompanying the 17-year-old daughter: driving to pick her up in afternoons or evenings, taking her to and collecting her from activities as needed, being with her at home and accompanying her in a close and natural way. On weekends you may plan or do activities with her. You will also collaborate on other tasks and practical needs that facilitate the family's daily life
✅ Requirements: Driving license essential, with experience and confidence driving regularly around Madrid. Experience working with families and very good home cooking skills. It is especially important to have affinity and experience with teenagers and know how to relate to them in a close, respectful and natural manner. The family seeks a caring and empathetic person, but also mature and capable of setting boundaries. They do not want a figure who simply supervises or monitors their daughter, but someone who can gradually earn her trust, respect her space and become a positive adult role model. Experience with teenagers requiring greater emotional support will be especially valued, as well as experience helping people with illness or reduced mobility. They seek a patient, discreet, resourceful, stable person with initiative, good communication skills and absolute trustworthiness. Essential to be comfortable with dogs. The objective is to find someone who truly integrates into the family dynamic and wants to build a stable and long-term professional relationship. Verifiable references and valid work permit required
💰 Salary: Approximately €1,700–1,900 net per month, depending on experience and profile. Registered with Social Security.
