💼 Duties: General management and maintenance of the home, with main responsibilities including detailed cleaning, organizing and ordering the house, laundry and garment care, excellent ironing and daily family cooking. Cooking plays an important role in this position: the family seeks someone capable of preparing homemade, healthy, light and varied meals. The three children are already quite independent, so the position is not focused on childcare, although it will be important to have good rapport with them and provide occasional help when family dynamics require it
✅ Requirements: Solid experience as a live-in domestic worker and ability to manage a household with a high degree of autonomy. It is essential to have excellent standards in cleaning, laundry, ironing, organization and daily cooking. English language skills and knowledge of Filipino cuisine will be highly valued. The family seeks a hardworking, responsible, organized, discreet, resourceful and absolutely trustworthy person, capable of identifying what the house needs and performing her duties without requiring continuous instructions. It is important that she likes animals, is not afraid of dogs and has no allergies, although she will not be directly responsible for them. On a personal level, they are looking for someone positive, pleasant, good-natured and with good rapport with the children, who contributes to creating a good atmosphere in the home. The family is accustomed to maintaining long-term working relationships with their staff and wants to find again someone who integrates naturally, works as part of a team, feels comfortable and valued working with them, and seeks genuine long-term stability. Good references required.
💰 Salary: €1,500 per month in 14 payments (12 monthly payments + 2 bonus payments). Additionally, the family provides an independent apartment for the employee to stay in during her rest periods.
