🕒 Days and hours: Preferably live-out arrangement, full-time position of 40 hours per week. The family could consider a live-in arrangement for the right candidate and even part-time hours if the person is an especially good fit for the role's needs

💼 Duties: Regular driving and running errands, transportation and managing tasks for the family, also being responsible for the care, organisation and good condition of the vehicles. General household maintenance, minor repairs and handyman work, basic supervision and monitoring of the property and support with all practical tasks necessary to facilitate the family's daily life. Must ensure the house is functioning properly, detect any potential issues, solve autonomously those within his knowledge and coordinate or supervise external professionals when necessary. Will also collaborate with overall household organisation and provide support with cleaning tasks. The family already has another member of staff mainly responsible for cleaning, so this will be a support and collaborative function, not exclusively taking on these tasks
✅ Requirements: Solid and verifiable experience in similar positions within private households, with good practical skills for general maintenance and minor repairs. Valid driving licence essential and extensive practical driving experience, being fundamental to drive safely, cautiously and regularly. Knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance is especially valued, as well as experience in property supervision and care. A versatile person is sought, willing to collaborate in both practical and maintenance tasks as well as in organisation and general household support. The family is looking, above all, for a person of absolute trust, serious, responsible, honest and highly discreet, who understands the importance of confidentiality within a private home. Must be autonomous, resourceful, observant and with initiative, capable of anticipating the house's needs and organising responsibilities without constant supervision. On a personal level, they are looking for someone positive, polite, pleasant and easy to get along with, with good communication and a collaborative and flexible attitude. It is especially important to find a person who integrates naturally into the household dynamics, with whom to develop a relationship of mutual trust and stability in the long term. 💰 Salary: From €1,450 gross per month in 12 payments, negotiable and with the possibility of increasing depending on the skills and experience of the selected person.
