📅 Start date: Incorporation between October 15th and 30th. The candidate would begin by traveling to Cyprus, where the father is currently located, to help with the babies and accompany the family during their relocation to Barcelona.
💼 Duties: The absolute priority will be comprehensive care of the two newborn twins, attending to their feeding, hygiene, sleep, walks, routines and all needs typical of the first months of life. A professional is sought who is capable of guiding and supporting the father during this initial stage, providing her experience with newborns and helping to establish appropriate routines as the babies grow. She must provide them with stimulation, play and interaction suited to each stage of their development and become a stable and affectionate figure for them. As the babies' routines allow, she will also perform basic household chores, such as keeping the house clean and tidy, laundry and ironing, and simple meal preparation.
✅ Requirements: Solid and demonstrable experience with newborns and small babies, with special value placed on previous experience with twins. It is essential to have a good understanding of the needs and developmental stages during the first months and years of life and to be able to support the family with confidence, sound judgment and experience. A person is sought who is very affectionate, patient, attentive, responsible and completely trustworthy, who genuinely enjoys childcare, has excellent rapport with babies, and is positive and pleasant in cohabitation. The father seeks a professional who wants to establish herself with the family long-term, create a stable bond with the children and accompany them through their different stages of growth. Availability to initially travel to Cyprus and subsequently return with the family to Barcelona is required, as well as occasional flexibility for weekend extras. English language skills and a valid driver's license will be positively valued, although neither requirement is essential. Good references and valid work permit required.
💰 Salary: From €1,650 gross per month in 12 payments, with the possibility of offering a higher salary depending on the candidate's experience, training and skills.
