Salary

Approximately €1,700–2,100 net per month, depending on experience and profile, + Social Security. Permanent contract and 30 days of paid holidays per year. The family provides a private apartment of about 45 m² with kitchen, desk, bedroom and bathroom. A car will also be available for work-related needs.

Days and hours

40 hours of work per week + up to 20 hours of on-call presence, mainly on travel days. These additional hours will be paid or compensated as appropriate. Flexibility is required to adapt to the family's routine.

Duties

• The selected candidate will focus mainly on the care and support of the two children.
• She will help with their daily routines, homework, school organization, education, activities and general needs, encouraging their independence and supporting them in a warm and positive way.
• She will also be responsible for cooking for the family, doing and organizing the laundry, keeping the children's areas tidy, occasionally running errands or shopping when necessary, and helping the family's daily life run smoothly and efficiently.
• General housecleaning and gardening are not part of the position, as the family already has staff dedicated to these tasks.
• She must also feel comfortable with the family's dog and help with the pet's basic needs when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience caring for school-age children and verifiable good references.
• The family is looking for someone highly reliable, responsible, affectionate, positive, organized, discreet and proactive, able to work independently and act with good judgment.
• It is important that she can support the children not only in their daily care, but also with homework, education, organization and development.
• She must integrate naturally into the family's routine, work well as a team with the parents, and be flexible with travel and occasional schedule changes.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Spanish is a plus.
• A valid driving license is required.
• The family is looking for someone stable, committed and genuinely interested in a long-term position.
