Salary

Approximately 1,700–1,800 € net per month each, depending on experience and profile, + Social Security. Permanent contract and 30 days of paid annual holiday. The family provides a private apartment of about 45 m² with kitchen, desk, bedroom and bathroom. A car will also be available for work-related needs.

Days and hours

Full-time live-in position. Flexibility is required to adapt to the family's routine, travel and occasional changes in schedule.

Duties

• The family is looking for a well-coordinated couple who can share responsibilities naturally and work as a team so that daily family life runs smoothly, calmly and efficiently.
• Her responsibilities will focus mainly on childcare and the interior organisation of the house.
• She will look after and accompany the two children, aged 6 and 9, helping with their daily routines, homework, school organisation, education, activities and general needs.
• She must encourage their independence, support their development and build a warm, stable and positive relationship with them.
• She will also be responsible for cooking for the family, laundry, organising clothing and belongings, keeping the children's areas tidy, doing the shopping occasionally and helping with the general organisation of the household.
• Deep general cleaning and gardening are not part of her main responsibilities, as the family has staff dedicated to these tasks.
• His responsibilities will focus mainly on driving, exterior maintenance and practical support.
• He will be responsible for taking the children to and from school and their activities, driving family members when necessary, running errands and helping with the shopping.
• He will also take care of exterior cleaning, pool maintenance, general upkeep of the property, minor repairs and practical maintenance tasks.
• He must be practical, able to spot what needs attention, solve small problems independently and coordinate external professionals when necessary.
• He will also be responsible for the family's vehicles, including their cleaning, keeping them organised, monitoring their maintenance needs and arranging servicing or repairs when necessary.
• In addition, he will take care of the dog and attend to its daily needs.
• Both members of the couple must support each other when necessary and work as a team, understanding that the priority is to make the family's daily life easier and more organised and harmonious.
• They must be practical, attentive and willing to help wherever needed, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and respecting the family's privacy.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in private households is essential, ideally as a domestic couple in long-term positions.
• Experience with school-age children is especially important for her, along with a loving, responsible and positive approach to childcare.
• She must feel confident in the family kitchen, household organisation and children's routines.
• He must hold a valid driving licence, be a safe and confident driver, and have practical experience in property maintenance, pool care, outdoor areas, vehicles and minor repairs.
• The family is looking for a reliable, discreet, positive, cheerful, hardworking, organised and proactive couple, of good conduct and with a high level of autonomy.
• It is important that they communicate well, work comfortably as a team and integrate naturally into the family's routine.
• They must genuinely enjoy helping a home run well and contributing to an easy, pleasant and well-organised daily environment.
• The family is looking for a stable and committed couple, interested in a long-term position.
• Good communication in English will be very positively valued.
• Spanish would be an advantage.
