👫 Household members: Rural hotel with 8 bedrooms, exclusively for adults. The couple is offered an independent caretaker's residence with 3 bedrooms, so they can have children, provided they are not very young

🕒 Days and hours: Live-in position, with 2 full days off per week, from Monday at noon to Wednesday at noon
📅 Start date: To be agreed. The property is not urgent and will prioritize finding a couple that fits well and has interest in a stable project
💼 Duties: The couple will jointly manage the daily operation of the hotel. The husband will mainly handle general maintenance of the facilities, gardening and minor repairs, including inspection and basic adjustments to heating, air conditioning and electrical systems. The wife will perform housekeeping functions and be responsible for the property, coordinating and supervising two part-time cleaning staff, inspecting the bedrooms and ensuring they are perfectly prepared and all facilities are working correctly before guests' arrival. She will also be in charge of receiving and attending to guests, mainly in the afternoons. Both will collaborate in the preparation and service of breakfasts for a maximum of 16 guests (8 bedrooms). Cooking is not required
✅ Requirements: Good communication skills. Previous experience as a caretaker couple in rural hotels, private properties or similar positions. A responsible, polite, resourceful, autonomous couple with excellent presentation is sought, capable of treating demanding guests of different nationalities correctly. For him, practical knowledge of maintenance, gardening, heating, air conditioning and basic electrical work is important. For her, organizational skills, staff supervision, attention to detail and good guest relations are required. Knowledge of English is valued to communicate with international clients. 💰 Salary: 2,130 euros gross for the woman of the couple and 1,958 euros for the man, both in 12 payments (maintenance, housing, expenses and car included)
