💼 Duties: Comprehensive management of household cleaning and general estate maintenance. Interior cleaning, laundry care when necessary, maintenance of outdoor areas, swimming pool, terraces and gardens, as well as minor repairs and maintenance tasks. A "handy" profile is sought, capable of resolving minor issues and keeping the property in perfect condition at all times. Both members will work together and in coordination with the rest of the estate team
✅ Requirements: Previous experience in property maintenance and cleaning of large residential properties. Problem-solving person, organized and accustomed to teamwork. Knowledge of gardening, pool maintenance and general upkeep will be valued. They may have children, provided that family organization is compatible with the position (the nearest school is approximately 30 minutes away and classes start at 8:00 a.m.). Valid work permit required
💰 Salary: Between €1,500 and €2,000 net per person, paid over 12 months, depending on experience and profile.
