Duties

• The main priority of the position will be the care and attention of the children, especially the 10-month-old baby.
• The selected person must have experience and a very good touch with babies and young children, taking charge of their feeding, hygiene, rest, play, stimulation and daily care routines, as well as helping with the needs of the other two children.
• In addition, she will be responsible for the general care and upkeep of the home, including daily and thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas, tidying and organizing wardrobes, washing and caring for clothes, ironing, changing bed linen and keeping the house in perfect condition.
• Cooking will also be an important part of the role.
• She must prepare home-cooked meals every day, with a good level of traditional Spanish cuisine, preparing varied, healthy dishes suitable for the whole family, without needing to be taught how to cook.
• It will be essential to be able to organize weekly menus and food preparation independently.
• Especially on Fridays, she must leave meals prepared so the family has them available over the weekend.
• We are looking for a person able to combine childcare, cooking and household duties, organizing her responsibilities efficiently, adapting to the priorities of each moment and facilitating the daily running of the home, always giving priority to the wellbeing and attention of the children.

Requirements

• Essential proven experience in caring for babies under one year old and young children, with particular skill, patience and sensitivity in meeting their needs.
• It is essential that she truly likes children, has a good touch with them and can handle their daily routines confidently and independently.
• She must also have solid experience in domestic service, a very good standard of cleaning, laundry, ironing, home organization and traditional home cooking.
• Speaking English will be very positively valued, although it is not essential.
• Knowledge of Filipino cuisine is also very positively valued, although it is not essential.
• We are looking for a person who is especially positive, cheerful, affectionate, patient, responsible, hardworking and completely trustworthy, with initiative, good temperament and a collaborative attitude.
• It is essential that she can work as a team with the parents, has good communication and is always willing to help, bringing calm and solutions to the family's everyday needs.
• She must be resourceful, independent and organized, able to anticipate the needs of the household, manage her tasks properly and make the family's daily life easier, always maintaining a friendly, respectful and professional attitude.
• Long-term job stability, commitment and interest in building a relationship of trust over the long term will be especially valued.
• Good verifiable references and documentation in order to work in Spain are essential.
