Duties

  • The selected person will be in charge of both childcare and general household maintenance and organization, with experience and a very good touch with babies and young children being especially important.
  • During the first hours of the day, while the baby is at nursery, the person will take care of household chores, including daily and thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas, laundry and clothing care, running washing machines, using the dryer, ironing and general organization of the home.
  • A particularly good standard of ironing is required, as this is a family with three young children and a considerable volume of clothing.

  • From that point on, they will be responsible for the baby's care, including feeding, naps, snacks, nappy changes, play, walks to the park and age-appropriate activities, always ensuring the child's safety and well-being.
  • The person must know how to organize themselves to carry out household chores that are compatible with caring for the little one, without neglecting their attention at any time.
  • In the afternoons, when the other two children return from school, the person will collaborate with the parents on their routines, especially bath times, preparing dinners and organizing everything needed for the following day.
  • They will also be in charge of preparing simple homemade dinners for the children and the family, as well as basic meals when necessary.
  • The family is looking for someone who knows how to cook or who is willing to learn and follow the family's instructions.

  • Candidates who speak Spanish or English are accepted, with no nationality preference.
  • The family is looking for a particularly positive, cheerful, pleasant, hardworking, honest, responsible person of absolute trust, with a collaborative attitude, good disposition and a desire to learn and improve.

  • Initiative, organizational skills, flexibility and willingness to work as a team with the family, adapting to their needs and helping to create a pleasant, calm and positive environment in the home, will be especially valued.
