Immediate. The family needs to bring someone on board as soon as possible. The mother's due date is 19/10.

Salary

€2,500 for the full month of work.

Days and hours

Night work for 1 month, in shifts of approximately 10 hours per night. From Sunday to Friday nights, with rest every Saturday night. The person will work on a live-out basis, going to the home to carry out the night shift and leaving at the end. Some flexibility is required to adapt to the baby's needs and routines.

Duties

• The selected person will be dedicated exclusively during the night to caring for the newborn baby.
• Feeding will be by formula, so they must be responsible for correctly preparing bottles, carrying out feedings, sterilizing and organizing everything necessary for the baby's feeding, as well as attending to diaper changes, hygiene, sleep, night waking and other nighttime needs.
• They must also keep their space organized and promote adequate rest routines, allowing the parents to sleep and recover during this first month.
• There will be no responsibilities related to the other child or general household chores.

Requirements

• Solid and verifiable experience caring for newborns or very young babies, especially on night shifts.
• A specific qualification is not essential, although any training related to newborn care will be highly valued.
• We are looking for a very responsible, calm, affectionate, patient, observant person of absolute trust, with good judgment and the ability to work autonomously at night.
• It is important that they know well the routines of bottle feeding, sterilization, sleep, hygiene and newborn care, and that they know how to act confidently in response to a baby's usual needs during the first weeks of life.
• They must convey great reassurance to the parents and maintain clear communication about the baby's feedings, sleep and progress during the night.
• Spanish speaking is essential.
• Good verifiable references and a valid work permit.
