Days and hours

Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day in the afternoon, preferably from 15:00 to 18:00 h or from 16:00 to 19:00 h. A total of 15 hours per week. The family offers some flexibility in agreeing on the schedule and especially values availability to stay an additional hour when necessary. There is a possibility of extending the working day later on, with greater support in looking after the children.

Duties

• The main responsibility will be cleaning, tidying and general upkeep of the home, as well as preparing simple homemade meals for the family's day-to-day life.
• You will be in charge of cleaning the different rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, surfaces, laundry, ironing and the usual household organization.
• The home is not especially large and is usually kept tidy, so we are looking for someone quick, efficient and experienced, able to make the most of the three hours of work and complete the tasks swiftly and with good results.
• It will be essential to know how to organize yourself, set priorities and work autonomously, without needing constant instructions.
• It will not be necessary to pick the children up from school or to take habitual charge of their care, although you should feel comfortable working in a home with young children.
• If the working day is extended in the future, you could also take on some responsibilities related to their attention and supervision.

Requirements

• Demonstrable previous experience in domestic service in private homes, especially in cleaning, organization and simple family cooking.
• It is essential to be a very quick, agile, sharp, hardworking and resourceful person, able to carry out household tasks effectively and maintain a good standard of cleanliness in a reduced timeframe.
• You must know how to cook basic homemade dishes, organize your work independently and have the initiative to identify what the home needs without waiting for instructions.
• We are looking for a responsible, honest, discreet, punctual, organized, proactive person of complete trust, with energy, a good attitude and the ability to adapt to the family's needs.
• It is important that you have a good manner with children, are affectionate but also firm when necessary, know how to set appropriate boundaries, and can help with their care if the working day is extended later on. The family especially values finding someone stable, committed and willing to stay long term, who integrates well into the family dynamic and makes the owners' day-to-day life easier.
• Flexibility to occasionally extend the afternoon schedule is required.
• Verifiable good references and a valid work permit.
