The position is carried out between two homes. One home belongs to clients who live mainly outside Spain and use their Madrid house during certain periods of the year. The second home is a family house in Valdemarín. In neither home will you have childcare responsibilities.

Salary

750 euros in 12 payments.

Days and hours

Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00. Usually, 2 days a week you will work at the Serrano home (for example, Tuesday and Thursday) and the other 3 days at Valdemarín. When the owners of the Serrano home are in Madrid, you will work Monday to Friday at that home. Some occasional flexibility is required.

Duties

• The main role will be to carry out very high-level cleaning, deep, thorough and especially detail-oriented.
• At the Serrano home you must carry out exhaustive cleaning, paying special attention to dust and all details, as the owners have allergies and are used to high standards of domestic service.
• You must be willing to learn to use specific machinery for cleaning mattresses, upholstery and other items in the home.
• When the owners are not in Madrid, you will carry out this same type of deep, detailed cleaning at the Valdemarín home.
• You will have no childcare responsibilities.
• Knowledge of simple, healthy home cooking will be valued, so you can occasionally prepare a meal when the clients are in Madrid.
• On a very occasional basis, support may be required during a dinner or event at the Serrano home, including the possibility of staying overnight that night.

Requirements

• Experience in domestic service in private homes and, especially, an excellent standard of cleaning.
• We are looking for someone extremely detail-oriented, careful, quick, dynamic and organized, able to work autonomously and to identify on their own what needs attention.
• You must know how to carry out deep cleaning and maintain very high standards, paying special attention to dust, bedrooms, bathrooms, textiles, upholstery and all details of the home.
• Experience in high-end homes and knowledge of simple, healthy cooking will be valued.
• You must be willing to learn to use specific cleaning machinery.
• We are looking for someone discreet, responsible, hardworking, polite, positive, honest and fully trustworthy, who seeks stability and long-term continuity.
• It is important that you are available on a very occasional basis to support an event or dinner and, if necessary, to stay overnight.
• Good references and a valid work permit.
