💼 Duties: The couple will be responsible for the comprehensive management, care, and maintenance of the built structures on the estate, including the main residence, an event space, and a storage building. Together they must ensure that all facilities are always in perfect condition regarding cleanliness, organization, maintenance, and functionality to receive the family and guests at any time. Their responsibilities will include general cleaning and maintenance of interior spaces, organization and care of bedrooms and common areas, laundry management, ironing and household linens, as well as preparing the property before the family or guests arrive. They will also provide support in meal preparation and service when necessary. Chef experience is not required, but interest in cooking and willingness to learn the family's preferences and recipes is essential. They will also be responsible for supervision and maintenance of paved exterior areas linked to the buildings, carrying out minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks, as well as ensuring the proper functioning of all installations and equipment on the property. In the future they will also assist with pool maintenance. Their responsibilities will also include basic inventory control of the pantry, supplies, and regular household needs, ensuring the property is always ready for use. The estate also has a long-standing manager who has worked and lived on the property for many years.
✅ Requirements: We are seeking a couple with previous experience working in private residences, estates, or family properties and accustomed to managing a property autonomously. Most importantly, they must be absolutely trustworthy, discreet, responsible, organized, and hardworking individuals capable of keeping the estate impeccable and prepared to receive the family even when notified of arrival with short notice. Knowledge of general maintenance, minor repairs, and resolution of household issues will be valued, as well as experience in cleaning, laundry, ironing, and support with routine household tasks.
A valid driving license and work permit are essential. While not essential to have a personal vehicle, it would be highly valued as it facilitates travel, though public bus transport is available to the area. The family provides the couple with an independent floor within the residence, with two bedrooms and private space. The house has been recently renovated.
💰 Salary: From €1,800 gross monthly salary in 12 payments for each person, with possibility of negotiating better conditions based on experience and profile.
