Days and hours

Live-in arrangement. Working and rest days to be confirmed with the family. During rest days, the selected person will need to sleep outside the home, as the children are very young and, when they see her at home, they tend to look for her even when she is resting. The family wants her to be able to truly disconnect and enjoy her free time.

Duties

• Care and attention for the two children, including their routines, meals, hygiene, play, rest, stimulation and daily needs.
• As these are two very young children who are not yet in school, it is essential that the person is used to organizing the full day with babies and young children and can take responsibility for them with a high degree of autonomy.
• In addition to childcare, she will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the household: cleaning and general upkeep of the home, tidiness and organization, laundry and clothing care, very good ironing, family cooking, organization of bedrooms and other domestic chores necessary for the smooth running of the house.
• The mother works long hours and travels frequently, spending some days and nights away from home, and the father also works shifts, so there will be times when the selected person will need to manage with a very high degree of autonomy, both with the children and with the general organization of the household.

Requirements

• Solid experience caring for babies and young children of similar ages is especially important, as is experience working as a live-in housekeeper in homes where the children are not yet attending school.
• The candidate must be able to combine constant childcare with all domestic duties, including cleaning, ironing, cooking, laundry and general household organization.
• We are looking for a very responsible, affectionate, patient, efficient, hardworking, positive, organized, resourceful, proactive person of complete trust, with her own judgment and the ability to make day-to-day decisions without needing constant instructions.
• She must convey peace of mind to the parents, especially during periods when the mother is traveling or the father has demanding work schedules.
• It is also important that she can work as part of a team with the family, integrate naturally into their dynamic, and have a genuine interest in a stable, long-term position.
• Good references and a willingness to work are essential.
