Salary

Equivalent to €1,900 net/month in 12 payments. Employment contract and work visa in Dubai provided. International health insurance also included. Accommodation and meals included. International travel and stays with the family covered.

Days and hours

Live-in, with 1 full day off per week, usually during the week and scheduled according to family availability. Availability and flexibility for travel and extended stays outside Spain with the family are essential.

Duties

• Childcare and supervision of the two children aged 3 and 8 years old, accompanying them in their routines, play, activities and development.
• A proactive, affectionate, patient person with excellent rapport with children is required—someone capable of keeping pace with them, enjoying time with them, and supporting their education in line with parents' guidelines.
• Experience or knowledge in respectful parenting approaches, emotional education, or working with gifted and highly sensitive children will be especially valued.
• The position also includes household management: cleaning, tidying and organization, laundry, ironing and family cooking.
• The candidate must be capable of running the household independently, with initiative and foresight, combining childcare with the smooth functioning of the home.

Requirements

• Proven experience in domestic work in private households and extensive experience with children.
• It is especially important that the candidate has a genuine vocation for childcare: proactive, patient, affectionate, positive and capable of appropriately supporting children's education and development.
• Must have strong skills in cleaning, ironing, organization and family cooking, with autonomy and initiative, while also being able to work as a team with parents and follow their guidelines.
• A positive, flexible, resourceful, discreet, personable individual of absolute trustworthiness is required, with genuine availability for international travel and extended stays in Dubai.
• Spanish is essential.
• English will be valued positively but is not necessary.
• The family seeks a stable person willing to remain with them for many years, integrate into their dynamic, work as a team, and become someone of absolute trust.
• For the family, it is equally important that the candidate feels comfortable, respected and valued in the household and can build a stable and lasting relationship.
• Verifiable references are essential.
