👤 Position: Full-time Live-out Nanny — stable, long-term position
📍 Location: La Moraleja (Madrid)
👫 Household: Family with two children, aged 4 and 2. The 4-year-old attends school during the day, while the 2-year-old stays at home
🐕 Pets: None
🕒 Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, approximately 50 hours per week
📅 Start Date: Mid October
💼 Duties: Full care of both children, with particular focus on the 2-year-old while the older child is at school. Managing their daily routines, playtime and age-appropriate activities that support their development. The family follows a gentle, child-led parenting approach and is looking for a nanny who can connect warmly with the children while setting calm, respectful and consistent boundaries. The parents are very present and involved, so the nanny should be comfortable working alongside them as a team and maintaining open and easy communication
✅ Requirements: Native or fluent Spanish and a good level of English. Substantial professional experience caring for young children and excellent, verifiable references from previous families. The family is looking for someone who sees childcare as a long-term career and who is warm, kind, sweet, playful, patient, reliable and professional, with a genuine enjoyment of spending time with children. A background in Early Childhood Education, childcare qualifications or relevant courses and training would be a strong plus. Experience with gentle parenting and a calm, respectful approach to boundaries is highly valued. Valid work permit for Spain required.
💰 Salary: €2,800 per month. Overtime paid separately.
