Full-time Live-out Nanny — stable, long-term position

Family with two children, aged 4 and 2. The 4-year-old attends school during the day, while the 2-year-old stays at home

Pets

None Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, approximately 50 hours per week

Salary

€2,800 per month. Overtime paid separately.

Duties

• Full care of both children, with particular focus on the 2-year-old while the older child is at school.
• Managing their daily routines, playtime and age-appropriate activities that support their development.
• The family follows a gentle, child-led parenting approach and is looking for a nanny who can connect warmly with the children while setting calm, respectful and consistent boundaries.
• The parents are very present and involved, so the nanny should be comfortable working alongside them as a team and maintaining open and easy communication.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish and a good level of English.
• Substantial professional experience caring for young children and excellent, verifiable references from previous families.
• The family is looking for someone who sees childcare as a long-term career and who is warm, kind, sweet, playful, patient, reliable and professional, with a genuine enjoyment of spending time with children.
• A background in Early Childhood Education, childcare qualifications or relevant courses and training would be a strong plus.
• Experience with gentle parenting and a calm, respectful approach to boundaries is highly valued.
• Valid work permit for Spain required.
