Part-time Live-out Housekeeper + Nanny.

Household

Family with school-aged children, who are at school from approximately 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Pets

No pets. Days & Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility in how the schedule is arranged. A possible schedule would be Tuesdays from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Thursdays or Fridays from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and Saturdays during the day, afternoon and/or evening for approximately 4 to 8 hours. The exact distribution can be discussed with the family.

Start Date

As soon as possible.

Salary

€750 per month in 12 payments + Social Security, for approximately 20 hours per week.

Duties

• The selected candidate will combine housekeeping responsibilities with childcare support.
• On the household side, she will be responsible for deep cleaning, general upkeep, laundry, high-quality ironing, tidying and household organization, as well as preparing simple home-cooked meals for the children.
• She will also help with the children when they are at home, particularly during afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Responsibilities may include supervising them, playing with them, helping with meals and routines, and staying with them when the parents go out.
• The family is looking for someone who can manage both sides of the role naturally, work with autonomy and help ensure that the home remains organized while also creating a warm and reliable environment for the children.

Requirements

• Previous experience in both private-household housekeeping and childcare is important.
• The candidate should have good cleaning and ironing skills, be comfortable preparing simple family meals and genuinely enjoy spending time with children.
• The family is looking for someone responsible, caring, positive, organized, flexible and highly trustworthy, with good judgement and the ability to work independently.
• Given the late finishes on some days, it would be ideal for the candidate to live in Alcobendas or near La Moraleja, or have reliable transport to and from the property.
• Good verifiable references and valid authorization to work in Spain are required.
