Salary

€1,450 gross per month in 12 payments + Social Security, including the occasional late evening stay once a month until the parents return from dinner.

Days and hours

Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. The schedule would be Monday to Thursday from 11:30am to 7:30pm, and Fridays from 8am to 1pm. In addition, the position includes one babysitting shift per month, arranged in advance with the family.

Duties

• The selected person will be responsible for managing the household with a high degree of autonomy.
• Responsibilities include general and deep cleaning of a large apartment, tidying and organization, laundry, ironing, and traditional home cooking, leaving lunch or dinner prepared for the family.
• The family is looking for someone with experience and autonomy in running a household, who organizes well and keeps everything running smoothly without needing constant instructions.
• The idea is that the parents, who have demanding work schedules, can have peace of mind knowing the home is well looked after and organized.
• From approximately 5:00 pm, the housekeeper must pick up the children from school, which is very close by, and stay with them until 7:00 pm, when the mother returns.
• During this time, the housekeeper will be responsible for supervising them, attending to their needs, and helping the afternoon pass calmly and in an organized way.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in private homes and a good standard of cleaning, ironing, organization, and home cooking.
• It is important that the person be proactive, autonomous, and capable of taking on the day-to-day responsibility of a household.
• They must also have experience and a real gift with children, be affectionate, patient, empathetic, and able to connect with them naturally.
• The family is especially looking for a person who is positive, responsible, honest, stable, and trustworthy, who understands family dynamics, works as a team with the parents, and truly contributes to making their day-to-day life easier.
• They are seeking a long-term working relationship, with someone who wants to become part of the family and provide stability, peace of mind, and continuity for many years.
• The candidate may communicate in Spanish or English.
• Verifiable good references and a valid work permit are required.
