Salary

€1,600 gross per month in 12 payments + Social Security. The candidate will have a private area on the lower floor of the house, with her own bedroom and bathroom, offering independence and privacy within the home. Although the children's playroom is also on this floor, it is no longer used after 7:30 p.m. The family does not need the employee to accompany them on their August holidays, so this period may form part of her annual holidays as agreed. The family is looking for a stable, long-term working relationship.

Days and hours

Monday to Saturday, live-in arrangement. The working day starts at approximately 07:00. The family leaves the house around 08:15 and the children stay at school until approximately 17:30. On Saturdays, the family leaves around 10:00. Ideally, the candidate will return on Sunday evening to start Monday calmly, although she could also return on Monday morning as long as she arrives on time.

Duties

• The selected person will be in charge of the overall running of the house: general and deep cleaning, tidiness and organization, laundry, careful ironing, traditional home cooking and other usual household chores.
• During school hours, when the family is not at home, she may organize herself independently to leave the house attended to, the laundry up to date and meals prepared.
• From the children's arrival in the afternoon, she should support their care and routines, keeping an eye on them and helping the parents with everything necessary.
• It is important that she has a good touch with children and can offer affectionate, patient and attentive care.
• The family is looking for someone who will integrate naturally and become a true support in day-to-day life.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a live-in domestic worker in private homes and experience with children.
• It is important to have a very good standard of cleaning, ironing, cooking and home organization, as well as being able to work autonomously and know how to prioritize the household's needs.
• The family is especially looking for a person who is honest, responsible, hardworking, positive, affectionate and completely trustworthy, who knows how to work as a team with the parents and has a genuine interest in finding a family to stay with for many years.
• They have previously had employees for long periods and greatly value stability, commitment and a relationship based on mutual trust.
• Speaking Spanish is essential.
• Verifiable good references and a valid work permit.
