Salary

1,800 € net per month in 12 payments plus Social Security per candidate. As these are live-in positions, accommodation and meals are included within the conditions of the position.

Days and hours

Three live-in candidates will join and take turns to ensure service coverage 7 days a week, including nights. The shift schedule will be coordinated among the three, so that the household always has the necessary support and at least two people sleep in the home each night.

Duties

• The family seeks to establish a stable, high-level domestic team in Marbella, similar to the one they currently have in Dubai and with which they have worked for many years.
• The three candidates will join to complement the staff already working at the property, as the house currently has a live-in couple who handle many of the usual tasks, both inside and outside the home.
• The new live-in staff will support the overall running of the household, including cleaning, tidiness, organization, laundry, ironing and daily cooking, as well as other household duties necessary to keep the home always perfectly maintained.
• Cooking will be an important part of the position.
• Candidates must be good cooks and comfortable preparing meals regularly for the family.
• The family seeks home-style, varied and well-prepared cooking, with the ability to work autonomously in the kitchen, manage ingredients and keep this space clean and tidy.
• Good level of Spanish cuisine and basic knowledge of Filipino cuisine will be especially valued.
• An equally important part of the position is the care of the four bulldogs.
• The family seeks genuine animal lovers who enjoy living with dogs and can take responsibility for them naturally: walks, feeding, supervision, basic hygiene and daily care.
• The lady of the house is pregnant and, although when the baby is born the family will probably also hire a specific person for its care, ideally the candidates should have previous experience with babies or young children, so they can provide support when needed and move with confidence and ease in a home with a newborn.
• Candidates must work in a very coordinated way with each other and with the rest of the household staff, understanding that this is an environment where teamwork, communication and continuity of service are essential.
• Later, the family may also hire a driver, so the intention is to gradually build a complete and stable domestic team in Spain.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a live-in domestic worker in private homes, preferably in high-standard households and within domestic teams.
• A high level of cleaning, laundry, ironing, household organization and daily cooking is essential.
• Candidates must be good cooks and accustomed to preparing meals for a family.
• Experience with Spanish cuisine and basic knowledge of Filipino cuisine will be especially valued.
• Ideally they should also have previous experience with babies or young children, as a newborn will be in the home within the coming months.
• It is essential to be responsible, organized, positive, discreet, honest, hardworking and of absolute trust, with a good attitude and ease in teamwork.
• The family seeks candidates who understand the concept of service well, know how to collaborate with other staff and are interested in building a stable, long-term working relationship.
• It is essential that they are genuine dog lovers and feel completely comfortable caring for and living with four bulldogs.
• Fluent English is essential, as it is the usual language of communication with the family.
• Verifiable good references and a valid work permit.
