One dog. Days & Hours: Full-time live-in position. Flexibility is required to adapt to the family’s routine, travel and occasional changes in schedule.

Salary

Approximately €1,700–€1,800 each net per month, depending on experience and profile, + Social Security. Permanent contract and 30 days of paid annual leave. The family provides a private apartment of approximately 45 m² with kitchen, desk, bedroom and bathroom. A car will also be available for work-related needs.

Duties

• The family is looking for a well-coordinated couple who can divide responsibilities naturally and work together to ensure that everyday family life runs smoothly, calmly and efficiently.
• Her responsibilities will be mainly focused on childcare and the interior organization of the household.
• She will care for and support the two children aged 6 and 9, helping with their daily routines, homework, school organization, education, activities and general needs.
• She should encourage their independence, support their development and build a warm, stable and positive relationship with them.
• She will also be responsible for cooking for the family, laundry, organizing clothes and belongings, keeping the children’s areas tidy, occasional shopping and helping with the general organization of the home.
• General deep cleaning and gardening are not part of her main responsibilities, as the family already has dedicated staff for these tasks.
• His responsibilities will be mainly focused on driving, exterior maintenance and practical support.
• He will be responsible for school runs, taking and collecting the children from activities, driving family members when required, running errands and helping with shopping.
• He will also take care of exterior cleaning, swimming pool maintenance, general upkeep of the property, small repairs and practical maintenance tasks.
• He should be a hands-on person, capable of identifying what needs attention, solving minor issues independently and coordinating external professionals when necessary.
• He will also be responsible for the family’s vehicles, including cleaning, keeping them organized, monitoring maintenance needs and arranging servicing or repairs when required.
• In addition, he will take care of the dog and attend to its daily needs.
• Both members of the couple should support each other when necessary and work as a team, understanding that the priority is to make the family’s daily life easier, more organized and more harmonious.
• They should be practical, attentive and willing to help wherever needed, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and respecting the family’s privacy.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in private households is essential, ideally as a domestic couple in long-term positions.
• Experience with school-age children is especially important for her, together with a caring, responsible and positive approach to childcare.
• She should be confident with family cooking, household organization and children’s routines.
• He must have a valid driving licence, be a confident and safe driver and have practical experience with property maintenance, pool care, exterior areas, vehicles and small repairs.
• The family is looking for a couple who are reliable, discreet, positive, cheerful, hardworking, organized and proactive, with good character and a high level of autonomy.
• It is important that they communicate well, work comfortably as a team and integrate naturally into the family’s routine.
• They should genuinely enjoy helping a household run well and contribute to creating an easy, pleasant and well-organized daily environment.
• The family is looking for a stable, committed couple interested in a long-term position.
• Good communication in English will be highly valued.
• Spanish would be a plus.
• Excellent verifiable references and valid authorization to work in Spain are required.
