From 18 November to 22 December, covering the period when the family's regular nanny will be travelling.

Salary

£2,143 per month (in euros: 2.143 € monthly), prorated according to the exact dates of the temporary period.

Days and hours

6 days per week, with 1 day off. The family needs between 9 and 12 hours of help per day, depending on the children's routines and needs.

Duties

• The selected person will be dedicated to the daily care of the twins, accompanying them through all their routines: meals, hygiene, nappy changes, rest, play, walks, activities, organising their belongings, and support with everything related to their wellbeing and development.
• It is especially important that the person has a great deal of experience with young children, ideally with experience both with children the twins' age and with smaller babies.
• The family is looking for someone who can confidently manage two children of the same age, organise their routines well, and respond calmly and sensibly to the needs of both.
• In addition to basic care, the nanny will be expected to encourage their development through age-appropriate play, reading, stimulation activities, movement, walks and outdoor time.
• They are looking for someone who truly has a great way with children, who is affectionate, patient, cheerful, positive, good-humoured, and who creates a calm and pleasant atmosphere around them.
• An important part of the role will be taking the children to nursery.
• If the candidate can ride a bicycle smoothly and safely and feels completely comfortable making this journey with the children, she could do it that way, but she may also do it on foot.

Requirements

• Demonstrable previous experience with twins or multiples.
• It is important that the candidate has stayed with at least one previous family for a minimum of one year, as the family particularly values stability, commitment and good references.
• They are looking for someone responsible, mature, affectionate, active, positive, patient and completely trustworthy, with solid experience with babies and young children.
• The person must know how to manage routines well, show initiative, and be able to care for two children simultaneously with autonomy.
• Being able to ride a bicycle to take the children to nursery is viewed positively, although it is not essential.
• Excellent verifiable references are required, along with a passport from a European country or a work permit in the United Kingdom.
