Duties

• Management, care and general maintenance of a vacation residence that remains unoccupied by the family for much of the year.
• When the owners are at the property, both must provide a high level of service and be accustomed to properly attending to the family and their guests.
• One member of the couple must have particularly strong cooking skills and experience preparing meals for large groups, being able to plan menus and work autonomously when there are guests.
• They must also handle cleaning, organization, laundry, ironing, bedroom preparation, impeccable bed-making, table service and all other tasks necessary to keep the property always ready.
• He must have experience in outdoor maintenance, garden and pool care, as well as practical knowledge to carry out minor repairs and handiwork tasks.
• He must also collaborate with indoor tasks when necessary.
• Both will work as a team and must be capable of keeping the property perfectly maintained even during periods when the family is not present.

Requirements

• Seeking a married couple with demonstrable experience working together as live-ins in high-level private homes.
• English is essential and knowledge of Filipino cuisine is required.
• It is especially important that one of the two has very strong cooking skills and experience cooking for large families, guests and groups of people.
• Real experience is required in domestic service, detailed cleaning, laundry care, ironing, bedroom preparation, bed-making and table protocol and service.
• He must have experience in garden, pool, general maintenance and minor repairs, plus willingness to collaborate on indoor tasks.
• It is valued if at least one of the two has a driver's license, though it is not necessary for both to drive.
• We are looking for a stable, professional, discreet, organized, autonomous, resourceful married couple accustomed to providing a high level of service.
• Excellent references and valid documentation to work legally are essential.
