💼 Duties: The woman will be responsible for managing the interior of the home: cleaning, laundry care, ironing, cooking and general household organization. Occasionally, she will accompany the owner to his apartment in Madrid to clean and prepare it. The man will be in charge of general estate maintenance: garden care, minor repairs, fence maintenance, water troughs and installations, basic plumbing work and other maintenance tasks. He will also be responsible for caring for the farm animals, which requires experience and proficiency in handling rural livestock.
✅ Requirements: Middle-aged married couple with demonstrable experience as live-in caretakers or on rural estates. Resourceful, responsible people accustomed to country living are sought. The candidate must be a "handy" profile with basic maintenance knowledge and animal experience. At least one of the two must have a valid driver's license. The estate has a vehicle for work purposes, exclusively for tasks related to the property. They may have children, provided their family organization does not interfere with job responsibilities. Valid work permit is essential. Conditions: An independent house is provided within the estate, with electricity and water included. Food expenses are the responsibility of the couple. The estate is located in a remote area, so adaptation to a rural environment and autonomy in job performance are especially valued.
💰 Salary: Between €1,500 and €1,600 in 12 monthly payments, according to experience.
