💼 Duties: Overall management of estate operations and coordination of the work team, consisting of two live-in couples and three other people already working and residing on the property. Supervision of suppliers, task organization, oversight of all services functioning correctly and attention to family needs during their stays. Will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day running of the estate and ensuring high-level service
✅ Requirements: Extensive experience as a butler or manager of high-end private properties. Leadership skills, organizational ability and team coordination. Discreet, resourceful person with excellent communication skills and accustomed to working to high service standards. Essential ability to work as part of a team and manage staff. Valid work permit
💰 Salary: €2,500 net in 12 monthly payments.
