💼 Duties: He will be mainly responsible for the exterior maintenance of the estate, including gardens and patios, boiler maintenance, and coordination with suppliers for various supplies. It will be valued if he can assist with table service when there are guests. He will work under the coordination of the estate manager, who can provide support and assign field staff when necessary. She will be responsible for the interior maintenance of the house, a large property of approximately 16 bedrooms, including cleaning, organisation, housekeeping, laundry care and ironing. She will have daily support from a live-out worker who will share her schedule and is the wife of the estate manager. It will be highly valued if she has a good hand for cooking. The estate also has a swimming pool and its own vegetable garden.
✅ Requirements: Previous experience as a caretaker couple, housekeepers, or similar positions on estates and large properties. Driving licence essential. We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, organised, autonomous, resourceful couple, above all with absolute trustworthiness, with interest in a stable, long-term project. It is important to have flexibility to adapt to periods of greater family presence and to know how to work in coordination with the estate manager and the rest of the property staff. Essential: good references and proper documentation to work in Spain
💰 Salary: €1,550 net per person per month in 12 payments.
