Salary

From €1,500 gross per month in 12 payments, depending on experience and skills.

Duties

• Companionship and daily care of the gentleman during his recovery, monitoring his mobility and assisting him with getting up, moving around, or carrying out activities where he needs support.
• Assistance with bathing and personal hygiene while his mobility limitations persist, companionship on walks and outings, and general supervision so he can move about safely.
• An essential part of the role is providing company: the gentleman enjoys conversation, having the caregiver eat meals with him, and accompanying him while watching television.
• He is looking for someone with a warm, natural manner, without formality, but always maintaining the respect inherent to a professional relationship.
• The position also includes complete household management: cleaning and maintenance, tidiness, laundry and clothing care, ironing, and meal preparation.

Requirements

• Experience in companionship and elderly care, with particular value placed on experience with people recovering from surgery, fractures, or periods of reduced mobility.
• Above all, someone is sought with whom the gentleman feels accompanied: conversational, warm, pleasant in manner and enjoying company, able to share meals and television time naturally, while remaining respectful and discreet.
• A highly responsible, patient, attentive person of absolute trust, capable of providing physical assistance when necessary while always respecting the gentleman's independence.
• Must be competent in all household chores and able to prepare daily home-cooked meals.
• Spanish speaker.
• Valid documentation to work in Spain.
