💼 Tasks: General maintenance of outdoor areas of the property: garden care, painting support, window and glass cleaning, basic pool maintenance and other outdoor areas. Supervision of the general condition of outdoor installations, ensuring order, cleanliness and proper functioning. Support with minor repairs and practical day-to-day maintenance tasks.
✅ Requirements: Previous experience in home maintenance, gardening or similar functions, with verifiable references. Resourceful, practical person with initiative, capable of working autonomously. Good handling of basic tools and general maintenance knowledge. Responsible, committed and trustworthy profile. Valid work permit.
💰 Salary: €1,500 in 12 bonus payments
