💼 Duties: Comprehensive maintenance of the property's exterior areas, with emphasis on garden care, supervision and basic pool maintenance, terrace and exterior cleaning, external window maintenance and overall estate management. Will also perform minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks, ensuring the property remains in perfect condition while the sale process is underway.
✅ Requirements: Previous experience as a groundskeeper, estate manager or maintenance employee on high-end properties or estates is essential. Solid knowledge of gardening, irrigation systems, pool maintenance, minor repairs and general property conservation is particularly valued. We seek a responsible, discreet, autonomous, resourceful and trustworthy person with a valid work permit. Preferably without family dependents and interested in a stable long-term position. The property offers on-site accommodation and there is the possibility of continuing with the family once the property sale is completed.
💰 Salary: €1,650 net per month, depending on experience and profile.
