📍 Location: Event venue on the A1 highway, km 30 (Madrid), dedicated to weddings and events.
👫 Household members: No family resides at the property. It is exclusively for business use.
🐕 Pets: None.
🕒 Days and hours: Live-in position with 2 days off per week (Sunday and one other day). Weekends are the busiest period, so Saturday work is typical. *Until September, work will be on a live-out basis, as accommodation will not be available until then.*
📅 Start date: Immediate.
💼 Duties: Full maintenance of the property to keep it in perfect condition at all times. General cleaning of spaces, laundry care, ironing, maintaining order, garden care, and carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work. During weddings and events, they will provide support with cleaning tasks and preparation of facilities.
✅ Requirements: We seek a responsible, organized, resourceful couple with schedule flexibility. Essential experience in property maintenance, gardening, cleaning, and minor repairs or handyman work. At least one of the two must have a *valid driving license*. Applications from couples with independent adult children who do not require supervision or continuous care from their parents will be considered favorably. Valid work permit is mandatory.
💰 Salary: €1,750 gross monthly per person, paid over 12 months. Social Security enrollment according to the hospitality industry agreement.
