💼 Duties: Full household management, including exceptional housekeeping, laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, daily organisation of the home, coordinating suppliers and service providers, and ensuring the property is always maintained to the highest standards. The role also includes preparing simple, healthy Mediterranean meals on a daily basis. The family is not looking for fine dining or sophisticated cuisine, but rather someone who enjoys cooking fresh, balanced, home-style meals. The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the household with minimal supervision, combining hands-on housekeeping with house management responsibilities.
✅ Requirements: Minimum 5–10 years of experience working in high-end private households. Previous experience as a Senior Housekeeper or House Manager is highly desirable. Italian and English are preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, discreet, proactive, trustworthy and capable of anticipating the family’s needs. Excellent housekeeping standards, attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential. Valid passport and the legal right to work in Europe are required.
💰 Salary: Open budget. The family is willing to offer an excellent remuneration package for an outstanding candidate with the right experience and profile.
