Salary

Between €1,600 and €1,800 gross per month in 12 payments, with the possibility of a higher remuneration depending on the profile, experience and the hours finally agreed + Social Security. If the live-in arrangement is chosen, the family would provide accommodation and meals.

Days and hours

Preferably extended hours, approximately 08:00 to 20:00, following the model of the current housekeeper. The family is also open to considering a live-in candidate. Working days, rest days and the final distribution of hours to be agreed.

Duties

• We are looking for a versatile person who will take care of the general upkeep of a very orderly and easy-to-manage family home, combining household chores with the care of two young children aged 1 and 4.
• Responsibilities include daily cleaning, tidying and organizing the house, laundry, clothing care and high-quality ironing.
• Cooking is not a priority, as the mother usually prepares the meals.
• Childcare will be an important part of the role, including play, educational and stimulation activities, accompaniment, hygiene, feeding and attending to the children's needs.
• The mother works from home and actively participates in their care, but there will be times when the housekeeper must take sole responsibility for both children.
• It is essential to respect the family's educational guidelines, especially screen-free parenting, and to be able to propose entertaining, creative activities suited to their ages.
• The family has pleasant shared spaces where the children can play and take part in activities.
• We are looking for someone who can anticipate the household's needs, organize their tasks efficiently and cooperate willingly with everything necessary to make family life run smoothly.

Requirements

• Above all, we are looking for a person with an excellent attitude, who is intelligent, alert, resourceful, quick-witted, dynamic and very proactive.
• The family especially values communication skills, common sense, flexibility and a willingness to cooperate, even above an extensive professional track record.
• It is essential to have a real knack with children, to enjoy their company and to connect with them in a loving, close, patient and stimulating way.
• The candidate must be able to follow the parents' rules and educational guidelines, manage confidently the moments when they are alone with the little ones, and propose games and activities without resorting to television or screens.
• Practical experience in cleaning, household organization, laundry and good ironing is required, as is the ability to work independently and keep the home in excellent condition.
• We are looking for a person who is clean, agile, organized, hardworking, positive, honest, discreet and completely trustworthy, with a practical mindset, good communication and an ability to adapt to an active family.
• Attitude, commitment and motivation to work are especially important.
• Please note that access to the home by public transport is not especially convenient and requires a walk of approximately 10 minutes uphill.
• The family could provide an electric scooter for getting around.
• Verifiable good references and a valid work permit are required.
