🕒 Days and hours: Full-time with maximum flexibility and availability. This is neither a conventional live-out position nor a full-time live-in role. The candidate must be available to stay overnight regularly between 2 and 4 nights per week, potentially more during certain periods depending on family travel, commitments, other staff schedules, and family needs. Overnight stays may vary between weekdays and weekends. Typically, alternate weekend work will be required and days off will be organized according to family needs. It is essential that the candidate has genuine and extensive availability to adapt to schedule changes, additional overnight stays, and specific needs. *Example schedule*: Monday 17:00 to 21:00 (sleep at house); Tuesday and Wednesday split shift 07:00 to 21:00 (with 2 hours rest during the day + sleep at house); Thursday 16:00 to 21:00 (sleep at house). Friday may be 07:00 to 13:00, 16:00 to 22:00, or day off, depending on family needs. If Friday is off, work Saturday 16:00 to 22:00; otherwise, day off on Saturday. Sunday is always the regular weekly day off.

💼 Duties: Multi-skilled position that significantly combines childcare with general household management and maintenance. Support for children in all daily routines, including preparation for the day, uniforms, personal hygiene, meals, play, activities, accompaniment, and supervision. Household duties include high-level cleaning, organization and tidiness, laundry care, meal service, and keeping the residence perfectly presented at all times. The candidate should be able to prepare simple family meals or have a genuine interest in cooking and willingness to learn. The house operates with established standards and procedures that must be followed consistently. Will work coordinately with the rest of the household staff.
✅ Requirements: Seeking a TOP market profile with excellent experience in high-level private households, childcare, and domestic service with demanding standards. Experience in luxury homes, large properties, yachts, or high-end hospitality will be especially valued. Exceptional professional availability and genuine capacity to adapt daily life to a very demanding position in terms of schedules, overnight stays, and weekends are essential. The candidate must be able to stay overnight frequently, even more nights than initially planned when circumstances require, so she must have a personal situation compatible with this level of availability. It is fundamental to be an agile, active, efficient person with lots of energy, capable of working at a good pace without losing attention to detail. Must be extremely discreet, quiet, and respectful, maintaining absolute confidentiality about the family and everything that happens within the residence. Excellent with children, patient, attentive, and reliable with their routines. Very clean, meticulous, organized, resourceful, and accustomed to following precise instructions and standards. Fluent Spanish. Due to the high level of availability required and possible last-minute changes, it is important to reside in Marbella or close enough to Sierra Blanca to travel with ease. Valid documentation required to work in Spain is essential.
💰 Salary: From €2,912 in 12 payments or €2,500 gross monthly in 14 payments (12 monthly installments plus 2 bonus payments), with willingness to offer a significantly higher salary for an exceptional profile that meets the required experience, quality, and availability.
