Location

Salamanca District, Madrid. During summer, the family spends 2 to 3 months in Marbella and the candidate will travel with them, working as live-in during this period.

Salary

€1,400 gross monthly in 14 payments + Social Security + food allowance. During months in Marbella, an additional allowance will be received for temporarily working as live-in.

Days and hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During summer months in Marbella, the position will temporarily become live-in. Availability to travel and remain with the family during this period is required.

Duties

• Mainly responsible for household care and maintenance, with special focus on ironing, washing and clothing care, cleaning, organization and tidying, and family home cooking.
• We are looking for someone with excellent ironing and cooking skills, careful with clothing and household details, and capable of managing tasks autonomously with initiative.
• Baby care will not be the main function, as the family has a live-in nanny, but must be able to provide occasional support with the 11-month-old when the nanny is busy or absent.
• On Friday mornings and Saturday mornings, there will be greater responsibility for baby care.

Requirements

• Experience in domestic service in private homes and excellent level of ironing, washing and clothing care, cleaning and home cooking.
• Experience and good skills with babies are important to be able to care for the child when necessary.
• We are looking for an autonomous person, with initiative, hardworking, positive, discreet, honest, careful and entirely trustworthy.
• Must be able to work very well as part of a team with the live-in nanny and contribute to the household running in an organized manner.
• The family is especially looking for a stable, committed person with the intention of staying with them for a long time, who integrates well into their dynamics, facilitates daily life and builds a long-term relationship of trust.
• Essential availability to travel to Marbella during summer and work as live-in during the 2-3 months the family is there.
• Good references and valid work permit required.
• English language skills and knowledge of Filipino cuisine are especially valued.
