Salary

€1,800 net monthly in 14 payments + Spanish Household Social Security regime. The family is willing to consider higher remuneration for an especially qualified candidate with excellent experience and references.

Days and hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with one hour break. Some flexibility required according to specific household needs.

Duties

• Management of cleaning and general maintenance of a large house with garden, including daily and deep cleaning, organization and tidiness of different rooms, laundry, washing and garment care, and ironing to a very high standard.
• Must also handle shopping and errands as needed, as well as basic care and maintenance of terraces and outdoor areas, without the need for specialized gardening work.
• Seeking someone with sufficient experience to organize their work autonomously, establish priorities, identify what needs to be done, and keep the home always clean, tidy and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in large private homes is essential, and must be accustomed to managing household chores with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
• Must have excellent standards of cleaning, laundry, garment care, and especially ironing.
• Valid driving license is essential and must drive regularly, confidently and smoothly around Madrid.
• No personal vehicle required.
• Recent and verifiable references from private families for whom you have worked for stable periods are required.
• The family will especially value previous job stability.
• Must be a responsible, hardworking, organized, discreet, careful, detail-oriented, proactive person of total trust, with initiative, good judgment and ability to anticipate household needs.
• Seeking a stable and committed person who wants to establish a long-term working relationship and help the owners stop worrying about daily house management.
• Must speak Spanish correctly and have a valid work permit.
